Renter must be 21 years of age to rent a bus.

All passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age.

The renter is responsible for all actions taken by passengers on a bus/limo provided by Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. This includes verifying that all passengers who consume alcohol while on the bus are at least 21 years of age.

Accounting for passengers is soley the responsibility of the renter. Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. is not responsible for passengers left at an establishment.

There is absolutely no smoking on the bus at any time. No exceptions. If a passenger is caught smoking, a $250 fine will be charged and the party will be terminated.

Fighting will not be tolerated. If fighting occurs between passengers which endangers the safety of others, the party will be terminated without refund.

Drugs and Weapons of any sort will not be allowed on a bus operated by Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. If violated, the party will be terminated without refund.

Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items on scheduled trips.

The renter will be held responsible for all damages that occur during the trip. Renter is responsible for all legal fees, collection costs, replacement costs or any other court costs.

Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. drivers or employees reserve the right to deny access on the bus to any guest that appears excessively intoxicated or disruptive that would endanger the safety of other guests.

For the saftey of all passengers, do not distract the driver until the bus has come to a complete stop.

Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. is not responsible for any injuries resulting from movements of the bus due to passengers not being seated or intoxicated. All injuries must be reported to the driver to fill out an accident report.

Renter must approve everyone that enters the bus from the beginning of the trip until the end of the trip when passengers are dropped off at drop off location.

Renter must abide by the bus seating capacity.

Throwing trash out the window or sticking body parts of the window will result in termination of the party without refund.

To ensure your safety, stay seated while the bus is in motion. If you must stand plese use the rail provided to support yourself.

All Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. passengers should show respect to the driver throughout the trip to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

No passengers are allowed to take open containers off the bus at any time.

Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. reserves the rights to all pictures and videos that occur during a customers trip for the use of advertising, website, tv, flyers, social media, etc...

There will be a $200 clean up fee for every vomit incident that occurs during the trip. In the event of urine being found on the bus during clean up, there will be a $250 fine charged to the renter.

Elite Fleet Party Buses LLC. is not responsible for any passenger's actions during the trip or after the trip has ended.

The driver reserves the right to remove any unruly passengers at any time during the trip.
